In 2009, the first Farmers Market was introduced to the town of Wrightsville Beach. From the first day, crowds were large including residents, local restaurant chefs and visitors, all enthusiastic and excited about the open air market. The market included a diverse group of more than ten vendors offering fresh and local produce, flowers, herbs, baked goods, eggs, meats, doggie treats and flowers.
The Farmers Market will open on the first Monday in May from 8am – 1pm and run through the first Monday in September. Please join us this season every Monday morning in front of the Post Office to support our local producers.
